Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.
Transit Times
Average delivery times:

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Domestic Damage or Loss
If your package arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement once the claim is approved.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries using UPS, DHL, USPS International, or FedEx International.
Transit Times
International orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and must be paid to customs before delivery is released.
Final Sale — No Returns
All international orders are final sale due to the high cost of overseas shipping, customs duties, and import restrictions.
We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
Insurance on International Shipments
All international orders are fully insured.
If a package is damaged or lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once approved.
Damaged or Defective International Orders
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Replacements are issued after we file an insurance claim.
Please report damage within 48 hours and include:

Photo of the shipping label
We do not require return shipping for damaged international items.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 24–48 hours in case of a carrier delay.
If it does not arrive, contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Electromedix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.
