Domestic Orders (United States)
We offer a 30-day return policy for domestic U.S. orders. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the item must be:

In unused, like-new condition

In the original packaging with all accessories included

Free of wear, markups, residue, or signs of use

Returned with proof of purchase
Because of the nature of our technology and hygiene considerations, any device that shows signs of use is not eligible for return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
For approved domestic returns:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
(This covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and processing.)
Return shipping labels may be provided upon request, and the cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To process a damage claim, we may request:

Photos of product damage

Photos of internal & external packaging

Photo of the shipping label

A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)
- The customer must keep all packaging materials, products, and product accessories until the claim has been processed.
Approved claims will be replaced at no cost to you.
International Orders
International orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments due to high transit costs, customs fees, and import restrictions.
If an international package arrives damaged, we will file a shipping insurance claim and send a replacement once approved.
We do not require return shipping for damaged international items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened devices

Custom or special-order items

Sale items or discounted items

Gift cards

Personal-care or consumable products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges (Domestic Only)
For exchanges, please initiate a return first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Return shipping cost (if provided by us) and the 5% restocking fee will be deducted
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
